Here’s what each part means:
Monthly Marketing Budget – How much you plan to spend on marketing (e.g. SEO, PPC, Paid Social).
Website Traffic – How many visitors your website gets each month.
Website Conversion Rate – The percentage of visitors who generate leads or key events (fill out a form, call you, etc). Most websites convert between 2–5%.
Lead-to-Sale Conversion Rate – The percentage of leads or key events that turn into paying customers. This varies by industry, but 10–30% is a common range.
AOV (Average Order Value) – The average amount each customer spends when they buy from you (we use this figure to estimate a profit based on your average customer).

Keyword research is one of the most important step in my process. Here, we can find an angle to your service or product that puts you apart from your competition. For instance, say you are selling t-shirts – there is no way you will be able to rank for that keyword as you’ll be competing against all the massive clothing brands. However, if we assign a gender to that keyword we cut out out of the market, e.g. womens t t-shirts. Now that is still extremely competitive. But if we then find a unique angle e.g. uv protection womens shirts that then removes even more competition allowing us to cut through the market. I’ve been doing marketing for many years, and this approach always proves much more effective as its a targeted reach, not a broad reach approach.
